Payment of fees is required at the time of treatment or after an office visit. Visa, MasterCard, and Discover are accepted.  We are happy to serve our patients by filing your insurance claims; however, the responsibility for seeing that bills are promptly paid lies with the patient. If your financial circumstances merit special attention, please let us know.  We will work with you to establish a payment plan suited to your financial considerations.
