We ask that 24 hours' notice be given to cancel an appointment. There will be a $25.00 charge for insufficient notice or for missing an appointment.

Anyone with a history of food, pet, insect, venom, environmental, or latex allergies is able to proceed with vaccination of the COVID-19 injection.
